The project
Objectives and results
EVOLVE S.r.l. has completed a major digital transformation and green transition programme under the PR FESR 2021-2027 call of the Emilia-Romagna Region (Action 1.2.3). The project made it possible to digitalise both the internal production processes and the company's product range:
CAD design has been brought in-house, an automated 4.0 electrical testing station has been introduced to speed up the testing phases, and the new web portal has been integrated directly with the company's Evolink management system.
IoT technologies and the EvoCloud cloud platform have been integrated into the RRR stations (recovery, recycling and recharging of refrigerant gases). The Car Park EU database licence and the EvoLink app enable real-time access to technical data on the vehicle fleet in circulation, remote monitoring and predictive maintenance management.
Energy performance has been optimised, and secure tracking of fluorinated gases and the reduction of electronic waste (WEEE) have been ensured, delivering high operational efficiency and full compliance with environmental regulations.
